原发性开角型青光眼引起的视神经乳头病理改变,位于筛板区,解剖学称为“巩膜壁区”。筛板的变形和神经节细胞轴突的丧失,可导致不可逆性视野缺损。要了解筛板变形的因果过程,有必要对这一层组织的细胞外基质和细胞成分的特征有进一步的认识。作者用4对新鲜人体眼球作标本,在视神经乳头筛板区取不同方向的切片,测定这一区域细胞外基质成分的分布和层次变化。试验中,用双抗体免疫荧光方法孵化切片,然后用荧光显微镜观察,并设立无免疫血清的对照组。
Primary open-angle glaucoma caused by optic nerve head pathological changes, located in the fringe area, anatomical known as the “scleral wall area.” Deformation of the sieve plate and the loss of ganglion cell axons can lead to irreversible visual field defects. To understand the causal process of sieve deformation, it is necessary to further understand the characteristics of the extracellular matrix and cellular components of this layer of tissue. The authors used 4 pairs of fresh human eyeballs to take specimens of different directions in the area of the optic nerve nipple and determined the distribution and changes of the extracellular matrix components in this area. In the experiment, the sections were incubated with the double antibody immunofluorescence method, then observed with a fluorescence microscope and a control group without immune serum was set up.
