随着对精密位移系统需要的不断增长,用机械精密位移器已经不能满足多方面的要求.但是,现在有一种具有相当大的行程和高调准精度的新颖的电致微位移器可以提供使用.它们以其许多有利的特性已成功地使用于各方面.本文介绍了电致微位移器的一些基本特性、应用前景及最近的研制情况.并对适用于制造微位移器的材料的压电效应、电致伸缩效应及铁电-铁弹效应进行了讨论.
As the need for precision displacement systems continues to grow, mechanical precision shifters can no longer meet the multifaceted requirements, but now there is a novel electrosurgical microdisplacement with considerable travel and high alignment accuracy. They have been successfully used in many aspects for many of its favorable properties.In this paper, some basic characteristics, application prospects and recent developments of electromicrographs are introduced, and the piezoelectric effect of materials suitable for manufacturing microdisplacer , Electrostrictive effect and ferroelectric - ferromagnetic effect were discussed.
