合成和表征了一个苯并噻唑类的荧光探针N-(4-(苯并噻唑-2-基)苯基)-2-((2-羟乙基)(吡啶-2-甲基)氨基)乙酰胺(FL),用光谱法研究了它与各种金属离子的识别特性。结果表明:FL对Cu2+具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,并且对Cu2+的识别不受其它金属离子的干扰。FL与Cu2+形成配合物的结合比为1∶1,其荧光强度与Cu2+浓度(3.8~9.6μmol·L-1)呈现较好的线性关系,而且它还可应用于自来水和湖水等水体样品中Cu2+的检测。
Synthesis and characterization of a benzothiazole fluorescent probe N- (4- (benzothiazol-2-yl) phenyl) -2 - ((2-hydroxyethyl) ) Acetamide (FL), and its spectral characteristics were used to study the identification of various metal ions. The results show that FL has high selectivity and sensitivity to Cu2 +, and its recognition of Cu2 + is not disturbed by other metal ions. The binding ratio of FL to Cu2 + is 1: 1, and its fluorescence intensity shows a good linear relationship with the concentration of Cu2 + (3.8 ~ 9.6μmol·L-1). It can also be used in water samples such as tap water and lake water Cu2 + detection.
