随着地区电网用电负荷的不断增加,电网经常出现超计划用电或设备过载运行的情况。处理这种情况的传统方法是提前定义好错峰方案,在负荷高峰时切除相对不重要的负荷,但通常不能满足实时性的要求。文中针对佛山电网的实际情况开发了自动负荷控制系统,给出了其设计思想及其分类。现场运行结果表明,这种处理方法既可以满足实时性的要求,又可以最大限度地使电网在安全稳定运行的基础上给用户供电。
As regional grid electricity load continues to increase, the grid often overshoots electricity or equipment overload operation. The traditional way of dealing with this situation is to define the peak shifting scheme well in advance, to cut off the relatively unimportant loads when the load peaks, but usually can not meet the real-time requirements. In this paper, the automatic load control system is developed for the actual situation of Foshan Power Grid, and its design idea and its classification are given. Field operation results show that this approach can not only meet the real-time requirements, but also to maximize the power grid in the safe and stable operation based on the user supply.
