采用香菇多糖注射于小鼠皮下、观察其胸腺、脾脏重量改变及血浆、胸腺、脾脏CAMP、CGMP含量和比值的关系。结果表明：香菇多糖能增加小鼠胸腺的重量，对脾脏重量无影响；能增加小鼠血浆、脾脏及胸腺cGMP含量（P＜0．05）；降低胸腺及脾脏cAMP含量（P＜0．05）。表明香菇多糖对机体有免疫调节的作用。
Lentinan was injected subcutaneously in mice to observe the changes in weight of thymus and spleen, and the relationship between CAMP and CGMP contents and ratio in plasma, thymus and spleen. The results showed that lentinan can increase the weight of thymus in mice and has no effect on spleen weight; it can increase cGMP content in plasma, spleen and thymus of mice (P<0.05); and decrease cAMP content in thymus and spleen (P<0.05). ). Shows that lentinan has immune regulation on the body.
