目的:对10批不同栀子中栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷的含量进行测定并比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为238nm,同时检测2个主要成分(栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷)的含量。结果:江西早期栀子中京尼平龙胆双糖苷含量较高,四川晚期栀子中栀子苷含量较高。结论:不同产地栀子中两种环烯醚萜类化合物的含量有明显差别,说明栀子果实的生长地点、采摘时间对其中的栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷含量有较大影响。
OBJECTIVE: To determine and compare the contents of geniposide and genipin in 10 batches of Gardenia jasminoides. Methods: The column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-water (15:85) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1 and column temperature 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 238nm, and the content of two main components (Geniposide, Genipin Gentiobioside) were also detected. Results: Geniposide Genipin gentianobioside had a high content in Jiangxi early stage, and Geniposide in late gardenia was higher in Sichuan. Conclusion: The contents of two iridoid compounds in Gardenia jasminoides from different habitats are significantly different, indicating that the location of the jasminoides fruit and the picking time have a great influence on the content of geniposide and genipin .
