用交叉试验设计法，观察了２０名健康成人服乳酸钙和盖天力钙后，在促进钙正平衡效应时，对其它１５种元素的肠表观吸收率、日平衡值等的影响。结果显示：两种钙剂对铝代谢平衡有同步效应，即促肠道铝吸收及铝在体内贮存增多，尤以≥４４岁者明显；但对铁平衡效应不同，即乳酸钙促铁吸收和促铁平衡而盖天力抑制铁吸收和抑制铁正平衡。
The effect of calcium balance on the intestinal apparent absorption rate and daily balance of other 15 kinds of elements were observed after the calcium lactate and capitatum in 20 healthy adults were tested by crossed design method. The results showed that the two kinds of calcium had a synchronous effect on the balance of aluminum metabolism, that is, intestinal absorption of aluminum and storage of aluminum in the body increased, especially those aged> 44 years were obvious; but the effect of iron balance, namely, Iron promote balance while capitoline inhibits iron absorption and inhibits iron balance.
