轻微拥挤状态下车流疏散的不利将导致交通状态的恶化,轻微拥挤将演变为严重拥挤。以轻微拥挤状态下的区域路网为研究对象,建立以路网饱和度方差最小为第1阶段目标,路网行驶花费最少为第2阶段目标的两阶段优化模型。优化模型采用Matlab进行求解。在求解第1阶段目标函数的同时,识别拥挤最严重的路径并作为拥挤疏散通道;求解第2阶段目标函数的同时,结合交通流相容性的概念,构建与拥挤疏散通道相容的畅通诱导通道,对流量进行合理诱导和分配。数值计算表明,此优化方法能够较好的解决拥挤区域的车辆疏散问题。
Disadvantage of traffic flow in the lightly crowded state will lead to the deterioration of the traffic condition. The slight congestion will evolve into a serious congestion. Aiming at the regional road network under the condition of slight congestion, a two-stage optimization model was established with the minimum variance of road network saturation as the first phase target and the road network traveling at least as the second phase target. The optimization model is solved by Matlab. While solving the objective function of the first stage, the most crowded path is identified as the congestion evacuation route. While solving the objective function of the second stage, the traffic flow compatible compatibility concept is constructed to build a clear and consistent guideline compatible with the congestion evacuation route Channel, the flow of reasonable induction and distribution. Numerical calculation shows that this optimization method can better solve the problem of vehicle evacuation in crowded areas.
