临床路径用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者的护理分析

目的探讨临床路径用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者的护理效果。方法抽取行甲状腺肿瘤手术的患者共42例,将其随机均分为实验组与对照组(n=21),对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以临床护理路径,观察2组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者住院时间及住院费用分别为(4.5±1.2)d、(4033±289)元,明显高少于对照组(6.8±1.5)d、(4689±218)元,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.487、8.304,P<0.05);实验组患者患者总满意度71.4%,明显高于对照组33.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.677,P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率19.0%,明显低于对照组66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.569,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤手术予以临床护理路径,能减少患者住院时间、住院费用及不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床医学大力推广。 Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical pathways for patients with thyroid tumors. Methods A total of 42 patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 21). The control group was given routine nursing. The experimental group was given clinical nursing route and the nursing effect was observed in the two groups. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the experimental group were (4.5 ± 1.2) days and (4033 ± 289) yuan, significantly higher than those in the control group (6.8 ± 1.5 days and 4689 ± 218), respectively, with significant differences (t = 5.487,8.304, P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 71.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (33.3%, χ2 = 4.677, P <0.05) The incidence was 19.0%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (66.7%) (χ2 = 8.569, P <0.05). Conclusion Thyroid cancer surgery to clinical nursing path, can reduce the patient’s hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth to promote clinical medicine.
