目的:探讨甲基苯基四氢吡啶(MPTP)是否可诱导小鼠大脑皮质内细胞因子水平变化.方法:28只C57BL/6J雄性小鼠接受MPTP25mg/kgip注射连续5d,对照组(10只)注射生理盐水,在最后一次注射的第1日(10只),第3日(8只)和第14日(10只)杀鼠,然后用酶联免疫吸附的方法检测大脑皮质匀浆液上清内细胞因子IL1β和IL6的水平.结果:注射MPTP对大脑皮质IL1β水平有影响(P<0.001),与对照组相比,IL1β水平在注射后第3日降低(P<0.01);MPTP注射对大脑皮质IL6水平没有影响.结论:MPTP诱导了大脑皮质促炎症细胞因子IL1β的水平改变.
Objective: To investigate whether MPTP could induce changes of cytokines in cerebral cortex of mice.Methods: 28 C57BL / 6J male mice were injected with MPTP (25mg / kg ip) for 5 consecutive days and control group (10 mice) The rats were sacrificed on the first day (10 animals), the third day (8 animals) and the fourteenth day (10 animals) on the last injection, and then the cerebral cortex homogenate was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (P <0.001). Compared with the control group, the level of IL1βdecreased on the 3rd day after injection (P <0.01), and the level of IL1βand IL6 in the MPTP group was significantly lower than that of the control group There was no effect on IL6 level in cerebral cortex.Conclusion: MPTP induced the change of IL-1β, a proinflammatory cytokine in cerebral cortex.
