随着我国市场经济的建立和教育体制的改革，学分制这一教学管理体制已开始引起人们广泛的关注。结合国内外有关理论和北京体育大学管理系试行学分制的实践，对学分制的内容、特点和绩效进行探讨，并证明学分制较之学年制是一种更为灵活、富有弹性和活力。适应社会主义市场经济体制的教学管理体制。
