西方管理思想自国际化进程以来就不断影响中国，面对全球一体化趋势和管理本土化应用需要，中国开始把眼光投到蕴含管理思想的传统文化上，由此引起了中国式管理与西方管理的应用上的争论。本文纵观中西式管理发展史，提炼中西式管理差异，把握中西式管理的交融趋势，最后总结中国式管理的路径选择。
