采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品级磷酸盐中铅、铜、锌、镉含量,确定仪器工作参数、元素特征谱线波长等。结果表明,该方法对Pb、Cu、Zn、Cd 4种元素检出限在0.000 4~0.011 0μg/mL,回收率在98.0%~103.5%,相对标准偏差小于4.08%,在实际生产中能满足生产分析需求。
Determination of lead, copper, zinc and cadmium in food-grade phosphates by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry to determine instrument operating parameters, elemental characteristic wavelength and so on.
