中小企业在我国目前的国民经济体系中的重要组成部分,对于国民经济的快速发展和扩大就业率有着非常重要的现实意义。在知识经济条件下,人才对于中小企业长期健康发展有着重要作用。但由于社会现实情况,我国中小企业普遍存在着人力资源结构不合理、人员素质偏低、人才流失严重等现象,严重阻碍了中小企业的发展。而合理的薪酬激励机制对于企业吸引及挽留人才起着至关重要的作用。本文将就激励机制在中小企业中的合理运用展开讨论,并提出有效激励的相关对策。
Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country’s current national economy an important component of the rapid development of the national economy and increase employment rate has very important practical significance. Under the condition of knowledge-based economy, talent plays an important role in the long-term healthy development of SMEs. However, due to the social reality, the phenomenon of unreasonable human resource structure, low quality of personnel and serious brain drain in SMEs of our country has seriously hindered the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Reasonable remuneration incentives play an important role in attracting and retaining talents. This article will discuss the reasonable application of incentive mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises and put forward relevant countermeasures of effective incentive.
