食管癌(esophageal cancer,EC)是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类身心健康。哈萨克族是食管癌高发民族~[1],其调整死亡率为68.88/10万。近年来随着对食管癌研究的不断深入,人们对其认识也逐步加深。目前普遍认为食管癌发生是环境因素、膳食营养、遗传物质等多种因素共同长期作用的结果~[2]。本研究旨在探索哈萨克族食管癌与膳食营养、生活习惯之间的关系,为哈萨克族食管癌防治提供新的实验依据。
Esophageal cancer (EC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of human beings. Kazak is a high incidence of esophageal cancer ~ [1], the adjusted mortality rate was 68.88 / 100,000. In recent years, with the deepening of the research on esophageal cancer, people have gradually deepened their understanding. It is generally believed that the occurrence of esophageal cancer is the result of long-term effects of environmental factors, dietary nutrition, genetic material and other factors [2]. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Kazakh esophageal cancer and dietary nutrition and living habits and to provide a new experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer in Kazakh.
