目的了解沿海地区城市居民膳食结构以及膳食营养状况。方法 2009年8月~12月在宁波市各区随机对1332名18岁及以上的宁波市城市居民进行了食物频数问卷和24小时膳食回顾现场调查。结果城市居民对谷类、畜禽肉类、蛋类、水产品的摄入情况较好。但奶类及奶制品、蔬菜、水果摄入量不足,而食用油摄入过量。其中,奶类及奶制品的摄入量只达到膳食指南和平衡膳食宝塔推荐量的1/3。蛋白质、视黄醇、铁、硒的摄入量已达到DRIs标准。而钙、硫胺素、核黄素和抗坏血酸的摄入量严重不足。结论目前宁波市城市居民膳食结构不够合理,建议大力开展营养宣传教育活动,指导居民合理营养,平衡膳食。
Objective To understand the dietary patterns and dietary nutrition of urban residents in coastal areas. Methods A total of 1332 urban residents aged 18 years and above in Ningbo city from August 2009 to December 2009 were surveyed by food frequency questionnaire and 24-hour diet review. Results Urban residents had better intake of cereals, poultry, eggs and aquatic products. However, milk and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, inadequate intake, while excessive consumption of edible oil. Among them, the intake of milk and dairy products only reached the dietary guidelines and balanced diet pagoda recommended 1/3. Protein, retinol, iron, selenium intake has reached the DRIs standards. The calcium, thiamine, riboflavin and ascorbic acid intake seriously inadequate. Conclusion At present, the dietary structure of urban residents in Ningbo is not reasonable enough. It is suggested that nutrition publicity and education should be vigorously carried out to guide residents to rationally nutrition and balance their diet.
