为了消除光模块在通信时的噪声、抖动等不利影响,提高光通信质量,提出了一种电路补偿改善方法。该方法通过建立激光器模型,分析了光模块中激光器寄生参数的来源及影响,探讨了补偿原理和具体电路设计方法,并通过实验对该理论进行了验证,总结出补偿电路的一般设计步骤。
In order to eliminate the adverse effects such as noise and jitter of the optical module during communication and improve the optical communication quality, a method for improving the circuit compensation is proposed. The method establishes the laser model, analyzes the source and influence of the laser parasitic parameters in the optical module, discusses the compensation principle and the specific circuit design method, verifies the theory experimentally, and summarizes the general design steps of the compensation circuit.
