脑室出血可以造成脑室系统梗阻,引起急性高颅压致患者死亡。我院通过对38例脑室出血病人采用双侧脑室钻孔引流加间断腰大池引流取得了较好的效果,现总结如下。1资料与方法1·1一般资料:本组病例38例,其中男性21例,女性17例,年龄26~86岁,平均54岁。Glasgow昏迷评分(GCS)评分:3~7 Ventricular hemorrhage can cause obstruction of the ventricular system, causing death in patients with acute intracranial hypertension.
