随着改革开放的深入以及社会主义市场经济体制的建立,特别是我国加入WTO后,我国公路施工企业面临着新的机遇和挑战,为了避免被经济一体化的浪潮所淘汰,公路施工企业要及时改变自己的经营策略和市场形象并相应确立自身的市场主体地位。笔者根据自己的工作体会,依据公路施工企业项目管理的特殊性,从三个方面阐述如何完善施工企业的项目管理,从而实现公路工程项目的低造价、高质量,适应市场经济的需要,树立公路施工企业在市场经济中的品牌形象。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economic system, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, China’s highway construction enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.
