介绍了一种以水为介质的环保型新制剂25%唑菌.丙环唑微乳剂。通过对助剂及溶剂品种的筛选,考察了配制的微乳剂各种控制项目指标以及低温、热贮性能,并确定了最佳配方:唑菌胺酯5%,丙环唑20%,乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯10%,乙醇6%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2%,三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%,农乳33#6%,农乳500#3%,有机硅消泡剂0.05%,纯净水补足。结果表明,该微乳剂质量稳定,分解率低,使用安全,有良好的开发应用前景。
A 25% pyraclostrobin and propiconazole microemulsion was introduced as an environmentally friendly new preparation with water as the medium. Through the screening of auxiliaries and solvents, the various control items and the low temperature and heat storage properties of the prepared microemulsions were investigated, and the best formula was determined: 5% pyraclostrobin, 20% propiconazole, 10% of alcohol butyl ether acetate, 6% of ethanol, 2% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 4% of tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 33% of agricultural milk 33% and 500 # 3 of agricultural milk %, Silicone defoamers 0.05%, pure water make up. The results show that the microemulsion has the advantages of stable quality, low decomposition rate, safe use and good development and application prospect.
