由辽河设计院负责完成的“沈阳高凝原油集输工艺技术研究”获中国石油天然气总公司1990年度科技进步一等奖。研究成果包括:(1)高凝原油物理性能、流变性及降凝、降粘减阻、原油热处理、掺稀释剂等技术;(2)摸索了两座高凝原油的集输方式、油气分离、计量等工艺参数及流程;(3)建立了一套独具特色的高凝油集输工艺,二级布站油气集输、计量、分离、脱水的油气处理系统;(4)研究了保证高凝原油安全生产的配套技术措施,自限式电热带、集肤效应伴热、电热解堵、管线保温等。通过反复优化,形成了“高压动力液定量分配密闭循环,无泵
Liaohe Design Institute is responsible for the completion of “Shenyang hypercoagulable crude oil gathering technology research” by China National Petroleum Corporation in 1990 scientific and technological progress prize.
