传统UPS旁路掉电检测采用电压有效值、电压瞬时值及二者相结合检测手段,存在检测速度慢、抗干扰能力差等缺点。采用d-q变换及反变换、IIR滤波器以及电压分段检测方法提高掉电检测的快速性(<6ms)及控制系统的鲁棒性进而有效地解决了传统掉电检测的不足。根据数字滤波器指标计算模拟滤波器极点,由极点推算模拟滤波器的传递函数,利用双线性z变换求出数字滤波器的传递函数实现IIR滤波器的设计。最后在一台80kVA数字化控制三相UPS样机上验证了算法及理论分析的正确性。
Traditional UPS bypass detection using voltage RMS, voltage instantaneous value and a combination of the two detection means, there is slow detection, anti-interference ability and other shortcomings. Using d-q transform and inverse transform, IIR filter and voltage segment detection method to improve the power-down detection of fast (<6ms) and the robustness of the control system and thus effectively solve the traditional lack of detection. Calculate the pole of the analog filter according to the index of the digital filter, deduce the transfer function of the analog filter from the pole, and use the bilinear z transform to get the transfer function of the digital filter to realize the design of IIR filter. Finally, the correctness of the algorithm and theoretical analysis is verified on a prototype of 80kVA digital control three-phase UPS.
