动刚度是衡量结构抵抗动态激扰能力的特性。通过对主轴箱谐响应分析,绘制主轴箱的频率-振幅曲线和动刚度谱曲线,从曲线中可以直观地看出主轴箱在简谐力作用下的振动和刚度分布情况。在主轴箱的固有频率处,由于共振主轴箱的动刚度较差,故加工中心的工作频率应尽量避开主轴箱的固有频率。对结构进行动刚度分析,了解结构的动刚度情况,为结构的设计和使用提供技术支持。
Dynamic stiffness is a measure of the structure’s ability to resist dynamic disturbances. By analyzing the harmonic response of the spindle box, the frequency-amplitude curve and dynamic stiffness spectrum curve of the spindle box can be drawn. From the curve, the vibration and stiffness distribution of the spindle box under the simple harmonic force can be visually observed. In the natural frequency of the spindle box, due to the poor dynamic stiffness of the resonant spindle box, so the working center of the working frequency should be avoided as far as possible the natural frequency of the spindle box. Dynamic stiffness analysis of the structure to understand the dynamic stiffness of the structure for the design and use of structures to provide technical support.
