目的查明一起农村家庭自办宴席引起的食物中毒事件原因,为采取有效防控措施提供依据,为预防类似事件发生提供经验。方法运用描述流行病学方法对事件进行调查分析。结果调查农村家庭自办宴席同用餐人数200人,发病55人,罹患率27.50%;1份凉拌猪耳朵中检出肠炎沙门氏菌,1份五香驴肉(拆封)中检出金黄色葡萄球菌,6份病人粪便标本中检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论该农村家庭自办宴席引起的食物中毒事件是由肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物引起的。加强对农村自办宴席等集体聚餐活动的监督管理,是预防食物中毒和食源性疾病发生的有效手段。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning incidents caused by banquet of rural families and provide evidence for effective prevention and control measures to provide experience for preventing similar incidents. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to investigate the events. Results The number of banquets in self-catering in rural families was 200, with a prevalence of 55. The incidence rate was 27.50%. Staphylococcus aureus was detected in one cold-swine pig’s ear from Salmonella enteritidis and one spiced donkey meat, Salmonella enteritidis was detected in 6 patient stool specimens. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by self-catering in rural areas is caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella enteritidis. Strengthening the supervision and management of collective dinners such as banquets in rural areas is an effective measure to prevent food poisoning and food-borne diseases.
