节能型粉煤灰建筑砌块具有密度低、保温性能好、强度高、干缩小、、利废等特点,是一类节能型和环保型的非承重墙体材料。本文探讨了该砌块的生产技术、热工性能及其经济效益。结果表明;材料密度为700级的节能型粉煤灰建筑砌块,采用多排孔结构,砌块的热工性能明显高于单排孔或双排孔的砌块。并且采用190或240三排孔粉煤灰建筑砌块作填充墙,可使墙体的保温性能达到620砖墙的保温效果。
Energy-saving fly ash construction blocks have the characteristics of low density, good thermal insulation performance, high strength, dry shrinkage, and favorable waste. It is an energy-saving and environment-friendly non-bearing wall material. This article discusses the production technology, thermal performance and economic benefits of this block. The results show that the energy-saving fly ash construction blocks with a material density of 700 grades adopt multi-row hole structures, and the thermal performance of the blocks is significantly higher than that of single row or double row holes. And use 190 or 240 three rows of hole fly ash construction block as the infill wall, the wall insulation performance can achieve 620 brick wall insulation effect.
