民国初年六所国立高等师范学校自1912年开始改设,至1918年创设完成,历经6年之久,后因1922年高师改大运动丧失独立性。民国教育部和六所国立高等师范学校在充分总结晚清京师大学堂师范生招收与分配经验教训的基础上,积极地对师范生的招收和分配进行改革创新。其不仅在招生类别、招生办法、入学要求、毕业分配方式与方法等方面进行了革新,而且还对毕业生的到岗情况与外流现象实行追踪了解和多方遏制,以达到有效地完善和贯彻实施国立高等师范毕业生履行教职的义务。
In the early Republic of China, the six national higher normal schools started to be rebuilt in 1912, and were founded in 1918. After six years, they lost their independence due to the reformation of the Great Learners’ Movement in 1922. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of China and six national higher normal schools, on the basis of fully summing up the experience and lessons learned from the enrollment and distribution of normal university students in the Imperial High School in the late Qing Dynasty, are actively carrying out reforms and innovations in the enrollment and distribution of normal students.
