The first International Concrete Repair Conference was held on October 22-24, 1993 in Baltimore, USA. The technical discussions at the meeting were divided into four topics: “selection of repair materials”, “integration of repair materials and surface layer base”, “selection of chemical slurry for plugging”, and “protection of steel bars”.
