研究父母政治身份、职位对后代创业的影响效应,有助于我们理解非市场力量具有代际传承性的特点。本文使用4期CGSS调查微观数据实证了父母政治资本对子女创业的影响,估计结果显示(1)父母的政治身份、职位对子女创业概率的影响并未显著高于其他类型家庭,父母为党员的家庭可能由于良好的家庭环境或体制内单位对家庭子女创业的有所限制造成子女创业动力不足;(2)父母政治身份、职位对于子女“自我实现型”创业的促进作用非常明显,但父母政治身份、职位对子女“生存型”创业则存在一定抑制效应。最后,在此基础上提出相关对策建议。
Studying the influence of parents’ political identities and posts on the future generations helps us to understand that non-market forces have the characteristics of intergenerational inheritance.
