2001年全球经济衰退,特别是西方主要国家经济的衰退,导致世界有色金属市场行情普遍低迷,有些有色金属的价格是近20、30年以来的最低值,有的跌至谷底。然而在世界经济的一片衰退声中,我国经济仍以7.3％的速度增长,国民经济生产总值(GDP)达9.59万亿人民币。经济的持续发展,对有色金属保持着旺盛的需求,而国际市场有色金属低迷的价格,既为我国的进口提供了良好的条件,同时也给我国一些传统有色金属的出口带来一些困难。但是,对国内短缺原料的进口,显然是十分有利的。
The global economic recession in 2001, especially the economic downturn in major western countries, led to a general downturn in the world non-ferrous metal market. Some non-ferrous metals prices were the lowest in 20 or 30 years and some dropped to the bottom. However, in a recession in the world economy, the economy of our country still grew at a rate of 7.3% and the gross national product reached 9.59 trillion yuan. The sustained economic development has maintained a strong demand for non-ferrous metals. However, the price of non-ferrous metals in the international market has provided both favorable conditions for the import of our country and brought some difficulties to the export of some traditional non-ferrous metals in our country. However, the import of raw materials shortage in the country is obviously very favorable.
