新课标实施以来,教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式都发生了较大的变化,课堂效率越来越受到重视,如何实现轻负高质的课堂教学成了广大教师不断追求的目标,如何在有限的时间里实现最佳的教学效果,这就要求教师实行有效教学。作为新教师,专业知识没有系统化,缺少实战经验,对教学环节无法较好地掌控,所以要提高课堂效率,实行有效教学就显得更加困难。初涉教坛,笔者在教学方面遇到了不少问题,本文将通过几个案例来谈谈笔者在这段时间的教学中所遇到的难题及反思。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum standards, teachers ’teaching methods and students’ learning styles have undergone major changes, the classroom efficiency has been paid more and more attention, and how to realize the teaching of light-weight and high-quality has become the constant goal pursued by the majority of teachers. In a limited time to achieve the best teaching effect, which requires teachers to implement effective teaching. As a new teacher, there is no systematization of professional knowledge, lack of actual combat experience and poor control over the teaching. Therefore, it is more difficult to improve classroom efficiency and implement effective teaching. Initially involved in the religious arena, the author encountered many problems in teaching, this article will be through several cases to talk about the author in this period of teaching problems encountered and reflection.
