据上海黄浦江米市渡站原定的警戒水位,近十年来汛期警戒水位年均超次数达50余次,每年汛期约三分之一的天数处于紧张防汛状态。经研究,米市渡站潮位近年来呈现趋势性抬升,水情已发生显著变化。本文以年最高潮位频率作为警戒水位的基本依据,建立警戒水位重现期范围的检验方法。并从上海地区的防护对象,分为市中心区、重要经济区、郊县城镇与围涂等,和各种堤防工程的保证水位,结合历史旱涝资料,经综合分析,提出上海地区防汛警戒水位标准的建议。
According to the original warning water level of Shanghai Huangpu Jiangmi Shidu Station, the average number of warning water levels in the flood season in the past 10 years has exceeded 50 times. The number of days in about one-third of the flood season in each year is in a state of intense flood control. After the study, the tide level of Mishidu Ferry Station has been trending upwards in recent years, and the water conditions have changed significantly. And from the object of protection in Shanghai, divided into downtown area, important economic zone, towns and villages around the suburbs of Tuen, and a variety of embankment projects to ensure that the water level, combined with historical data of drought and flood, the comprehensive analysis of the proposed flood control in Shanghai Water level recommendations.
