金刚石钻进采用大螺距梯形螺纹的接头连接钻杆,为了密封循环水,梯形角度公差较严。由于螺距大,走刀速度快,螺纹轴向长度短,车螺纹比较困难。齿形的角度公差是靠车刀的刃磨精度和在刀架上的安装位置来保证的,因此,不易保证精度,生产效率也很低,工人劳动强度大。我们在普通车床上(如C6150,C620等)加装一个小铣头,使这一工作变得轻松容易,大幅度提高了效率和产品精度。所加附件不多,设计制造简单,还收到了一机多用的效果。
