本法用盐酸溶解试样,在稀盐酸介质中,用原子吸收分光光度计于248.3微米以空气—乙炔火焰,用标准曲线法测定试样中含铁量。分析步骤为称取试样0.1000克于100毫升烧杯中,随同试样做空白。加6毫升盐酸,摇匀,温热至试样溶解完全,冷却、移入100毫升容量瓶中,以水稀至刻度,混匀。待溶解静置澄清后,分取5毫升(或10毫升)于50毫升容量瓶中,用盐酸(1+49)
This law dissolves the sample with hydrochloric acid, dilute hydrochloric acid medium, with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer at 248.3 microns to air - acetylene flame, with a standard curve method for determination of iron content in the sample. The analysis procedure is to weigh 0.1000 g sample in a 100 ml beaker and make a blank along with the sample. Add 6 ml of hydrochloric acid, shake, warm until the sample is completely dissolved, cooled, transferred to a 100 ml volumetric flask, diluted with water to the mark, mix well. To be dissolved still clear after clarification, take 5 ml (or 10 ml) in a 50 ml volumetric flask with hydrochloric acid (1 +49)
