用9周~39周引产胎儿标本72例,取右耳廓石蜡切片,HE和Weigert弹性纤维染色,光镜观察其弹性软骨、弹性纤维、耳廓肌和结缔组织的发生。结果表明:弹性软骨,9周为密集的间充质细胞群,12周见分化的软骨细胞,13周软骨膜形成,中央区的细胞间出现弹性纤维,18周纤维数量增多并相互交叉,36周出现同源细胞群。弹性纤维,13周在软骨中央,22周在小动脉管壁上,28周在结缔组织中,39周在真皮内可见,36周在软骨膜内外和结缔组织中相互衔接。耳廓肌,9周为短小的成肌细胞,112周胞质内见核朊粒,14周见横纹,19周横纹明显,20周细胞核多位于肌膜下。结缔组织,9周为胚性结缔组织,其中毛细血管和神经纤维较少,16周见脂肪细胞。
Seventy-two fetuses with induced labor were collected from 9 weeks to 39 weeks. The right auricle paraffin sections were taken and HE and Weigert elastic fibers were stained. The occurrence of elastic cartilage, elastic fibers, auricle muscle and connective tissue were observed with light microscope. The results showed that: elastic cartilage, dense mesenchymal cell population at 9 weeks, differentiated chondrocytes at 12 weeks, cartilage membrane formation at 13 weeks, elastic fibers in the central region of cells, the number of fibers increased 18 weeks and cross each other, 36 Homologous cell populations appeared in weeks. Elastic fibers, 13 weeks in the central cartilage, 22 weeks in the arteriole wall, 28 weeks in the connective tissue, 39 weeks in the dermis visible, 36 weeks in the cartilage and connective tissue inside and outside the convergence. The auricle muscle, short for 9 weeks, had nuclear myeloid in 112 weeks, horizontal stripes in 14 weeks, horizontal stripes in 19 weeks, and submucosa in 20 weeks. Connective tissue, 9 weeks for the embryogenic connective tissue, including capillaries and nerve fibers less, see the fat cells 16 weeks.
