本文采用《汉语沟通发展量表(短表)》考察79名学龄前2~6岁孤独谱系障碍儿童(ASD)的早期词汇习得水平,以探讨ASD儿童早期语言沟通发展的特征及其语言习得规律,并比较ASD儿童与正常儿童早期词汇发展的异同。研究发现,ASD儿童在早期语言发展的词汇理解和表达层面均存在着延迟现象,而且在语言理解方面的受损比语言表达更为严重。本文讨论了ASD儿童早期语言发展的异常现象,并提示我国在这方面进行及时有效干预的重要性。
In this study, 79 early preschool children aged 2 ~ 6 years old with ASD were studied using “Chinese Communicative Development Scale (short form)” to explore the characteristics of ASD children’s early language communication and their language learning Get the law and compare the similarities and differences of early vocabulary development between ASD children and normal children. The study found that children with ASD both experienced delays in the vocabulary comprehension and expression of early language development, and they also suffered more damage in language comprehension than language expression. This article discusses the anomalies in early childhood language development in children with ASD and prompts my country the importance of timely and effective intervention in this area.
