通过测量在不同空气/水流量、不同安装角度下,插孔式分流器、圆锥式分流器、反射式分流器各出口液相流体的流量,得到两相流体流量、安装角度对分流器性能的影响。插孔式分流器的分流性能受安装角度影响很大,适宜垂直安装;在垂直安装时,其性能随着流量的增加而变差,适合低流量的空调器。圆锥式分流器的分流性能受安装角度影响较小,在30°安装时,性能最佳;其性能随流量的增加变好,适合高流量的空调器。反射式分流器的分流性能受安装角度的影响较小;在倾斜安装时,其性能随流量的增加而变差,适合低流量的空调器。
