[目的]探讨四霉素诱导抗性的作用及作用机理,为其在生产实践中更好地应用提供依据。[方法]以稻瘟病为防治对象,研究四霉素对水稻叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。[结果]喷施四霉素后,水稻叶片PAL、POD、PPO活性明显升高,其中喷药24h后接种处理的酶活升高最明显,各处理间SOD酶活无明显差异。[结论]四霉素不仅具有较强的抑菌作用,还可能通过诱导水稻防御酶系活性升高而增强抗病性以防止病菌侵染。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the function and mechanism of induced resistance of tetraoxin and to provide basis for its better application in production practice. [Method] With rice blast as control object, the effect of tetraamycin on PAL, POD, PPO and SOD in leaves of rice SOD) effects. [Result] The results showed that the activities of PAL, POD and PPO in rice leaves were significantly increased after the spraying of tetrazolin. Among them, the activity of inoculation was the most obvious after spraying for 24 hours, and there was no significant difference in the activity of SOD among the treatments. [Conclusion] Tetracycline not only has strong bacteriostasis, but also may enhance the disease resistance by inducing the activity of rice defensive enzymes to prevent the infection of germs.
