加工中心机床刀具的选择是机加工艺中的重要内容,它不仅影响数控机床的加工效率,而且直接影响加工质量及成本投入。刀具类型的选择取决于机床类别、切削条件、被加工孔的大小及位置、工件材料、生产批量和经济性。选用合适的刀具类型是保证产品质量和降低生产成本的一个重要因素变速器壳体是汽车零部件中最复杂的零件之一,其加工内容较多,需要的刀具投资较大,准备周期较长。为了缩短新产品试制周期,降低新产品试制费用,在试制过程中需要采用合理的刀具,可以降低成本缩短准备周期。 Machining center machine tool selection is an important part of machining process, which not only affects the machining efficiency of CNC machine tools, but also directly affect the processing quality and cost inputs. The choice of tool type depends on the type of machine, the cutting conditions, the size and position of the hole being machined, the material of the workpiece, the production lot size and economy. Choosing the right tool type is an important factor in ensuring product quality and reducing manufacturing costs. Transmission housings are one of the most complex parts in automotive components with more machining content, greater tool investment, and longer lead-time. In order to shorten the trial period of new products and reduce the trial cost of new products, reasonable tools need to be adopted in the trial production process to reduce the cost and shorten the preparation period.
