利用动态热机械分析仪结合热失重曲线和红外光谱图分析了黏胶纤维在低温热处理过程中的热收缩行为,研究了催化剂、张力等因素对热收缩性能的影响,并结合热解机理阐述了这一过程中黏胶纤维的结构变化,对于黏胶基碳纤维制备工艺参数的选取提供了一定信息。
The thermal shrinkage behavior of viscose fiber during low temperature heat treatment was analyzed by dynamic thermomechanical analyzer combined with TG curve and infrared spectrum. The influence of catalyst, tension and other factors on heat shrinkage performance was studied. Combined with the pyrolysis mechanism The structural changes of viscose fibers in this process provide certain information for the selection of process parameters of viscose-based carbon fiber preparation.
