高温条件下稀浆混合料的可拌和时间显著缩短,直接影响微表处施工效果。通过提高集料温度及室外高温拌和摊铺,模拟实际工程中的高温情况,研究了乳化沥青生产时的乳化剂用量、拌和时的水泥用量、外加水量、外加水中添加乳化剂等措施,对常温和高温下改善可拌和时间的效果进行比较。结果表明:拌和时增加外加水中的乳化剂用量,是延长夏季高温时可拌和时间的有效措施。
