福利院孤残聋儿在生理上具有多重残疾,心理上具有多重问题,一味的赞赏、表扬将使他们出现越来越多的问题。因此,在这种背景下,提出了在孤残聋儿康复教育过程中,要以赏识教育为主,适度引入挫折教育的教学理念。赏识教育在孤残聋儿教育康复过程中一直占据主要位置,文章主要从教学环境的创设、困难情景创设和利用以及如何对孤残聋儿进行心理疏导三个方面进行了论述,以期帮助孤残聋儿更好地进行康复教育,塑造健全的性格、健康的心理,建立强大的内心,并提升他们应对困难的“免疫力”。
Welfare orphan children with orphans and the disabled have multiple disabilities physically and mentally have multiple problems, praising them blindly and praising them with more and more problems. Therefore, in this context, the author puts forward the teaching idea that appreciation education should be given priority to introduce frustration education in the process of rehabilitation education for orphans and disabled deaf children. Appreciation education has always occupied the main position in the process of education and rehabilitation for the disabled children with deaf children. The article mainly discusses the creation of teaching environment, the creation and utilization of difficult situations and the psychological counseling on the disabled children with deafness. Deaf children better rehabilitation education, shaping a healthy personality, healthy psychology, build a strong heart, and enhance their “immunity ” to deal with the difficulties.
