目的探讨根管治疗期间疼痛的原因及对策。方法回顾分析310例患者的临床资料。结果有24颗发生疼痛,其中21例为慢性根尖周炎及牙髓坏死患者,3例为急性牙髓炎患者;根管充填后,有4颗发生疼痛。两者均无一例出现重度疼痛。结论根管治疗期间疼痛的发生时多因素的,是目前临床不能完全避免的问题,术者需高度重视并采取适当措施,减少术后疼痛的发生。 Objective To investigate the causes of pain during root canal therapy and its countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 310 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 24 pains, of which 21 cases of chronic apical periodontitis and pulp necrosis, 3 cases of acute pulpitis patients; root canal filling, 4 pain. None of the patients presented with severe pain. Conclusions The multifactorial factors in the occurrence of pain during root canal therapy are the problems that can not be completely avoided in clinic at present. The surgeon should attach great importance to and take appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of postoperative pain.
