改革以来,很多学校对如何提高中长跑教学效果进行了研究与实践,并取得了较好的成绩。然而多是从改革体育教学法和提高学生学习兴趣入手,学生学过牛长跑之后,却无独立进行中长跑锻炼的能力。因此,探讨提高中长跑教学效果的途径与方法培养学生独立锻炼的能力,是当前亟待研究和解决的课题。 就此问题,我们在教学实践中做了一些尝试,有以下一些看法。 一、中长跑教学存在的难点及主要问题 中长跑是一项比较难教的项目,其难点是:动作单一,趣味性不强,学生易感到枯燥、单调而不愿学。再者,练中长跑运动负荷大,学
Since the reform, many schools have conducted research and practice on how to improve the teaching effect of middle and long distance running and achieved good results. However, most from the reform of physical education teaching methods and improve students’ interest in learning to start, students learned long-distance running, but no independent ability to exercise. Therefore, to explore ways and means to improve the teaching effect of middle and long distance running students to cultivate their ability to independently exercise, is currently the subject of urgent research and solution. On this issue, we have done some attempts in teaching practice, the following opinions. First, the long-distance running teaching difficulties and main problems in the long-distance race is a more difficult to teach the project, the difficulties are: a single action, interest is not strong, students tend to feel boring, monotonous and unwilling to learn. Moreover, practice long-distance running exercise load, learn
