“双重缺陷”不是中国现阶段主要的经济问题 ,是否是未来的经济问题还不能定论 ,所以适用“双重缺陷及其弥补的理论框架”的两个前提均不成立。也正因为如此 ,其适用导致了现有经济法理论的局限。该理论框架的长期适用 ,是适用者受着普遍历史观和对市场经济“千禧年的追求”支配的结果。因此 ,应该摈弃上述观念 ,借鉴“双重缺陷及其弥补的理论框架”的合理内核 ,重构适合中国现实的理论框架。 The “double flaw” is not the major economic issue of China at this stage. Whether the future economic issue can be conclusive or not, neither of the two preconditions applying the “double flaw and its theoretical framework for making up” is not established. Precisely because of this, its application led to the limitations of the existing theory of economic law. The long-term application of this theoretical framework is the result of the application of the universal historical view and the domination of the “millennium’s pursuit” of a market economy by its adopters. Therefore, we should abandon the above concept and draw lessons from the reasonable core of “double flaw and its theoretical framework” to reconstruct the theoretical framework suitable for China’s reality.
