目的:探讨细胞黏附分子表达在子宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CIN)中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测子宫颈CIN-Ⅰ30例、CIN-Ⅱ32例、CIN-Ⅲ30例中PECAM-1、ICAM-1、E-cadherin、L-选择素的表达。结果:PECAM-1在CIN-Ⅲ中的表达率明显低于CIN-Ⅰ、CIN-Ⅱ(P<0.05),表达水平与子宫颈病变程度无明显相关(r=-0.2543,P>0.05);L-选择素的表达率在CIN-Ⅰ、CIN-Ⅱ、CIN-Ⅲ无明显差别(P>0.05),表达水平与子宫颈病变程度无明显相关(r=-0.1754,P>0.05);ICAM-1在CIN-Ⅰ中的阳性表达率明显高于CIN-Ⅱ、CIN-Ⅲ的阳性表达率(P<0.05),表达水平与子宫颈病变程度存在明显相关(r=-0.7864,P<0.05);E-cadherin在CIN-Ⅰ中的阳性表达率明显高于CIN-Ⅱ、CIN-Ⅲ的阳性表达率(P<0.05),表达水平与子宫颈病变程度存在明显相关(r=-0.8527,P<0.05);ICAM-1、E-cadherin在CIN-Ⅱ、CIN-Ⅲ中的表达水平之间存在密切相关(r=0.8974,P=0.001和r=0.7853,P=0.001),其它指标表达不存在相关。结论:PECAM-1、ICAM-1、E-cadherin、L-选择素表达变化与子宫颈上皮内瘤变过程相关,其中ICAM-1、E-cadherin表达变化发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of cell adhesion molecule expression in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CIN. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PECAM-1, ICAM-1, E-cadherin and L-selectin in 30 cases of cervical CIN-Ⅰ, 32 cases of CIN-Ⅱ and 30 cases of CIN-Ⅲ. Results: The expression of PECAM - 1 in CIN - Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in CIN - Ⅰ and CIN - Ⅱ (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of PECAM - 1 and the severity of cervical lesions (r = -0.2543, P> 0.05). The expression of L-selectin had no significant difference between CIN-Ⅰ, CIN-Ⅱ and CIN-Ⅲ (P> 0.05), and there was no significant correlation between the expression of L-selectin and cervical lesions (r = -0.1754, P> 0.05) 1 in CIN-Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in CIN-Ⅱ and CIN-Ⅲ (P <0.05), and there was a significant correlation between the expression level and the severity of cervical lesions (r = -0.7864, P <0.05) ). The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in CIN-Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in CIN-Ⅱ and CIN-Ⅲ (P <0.05), and there was a significant correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and the severity of cervical lesions (r = -0.8527, There was a close correlation between the expressions of ICAM-1 and E-cadherin in CIN-Ⅱ and CIN-Ⅲ (r = 0.8974, P = 0.001 and r = 0.7853, P = 0.001) There is no correlation. CONCLUSIONS: The changes of PECAM-1, ICAM-1, E-cadherin and L-selectin are related to the process of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. The expression of ICAM-1 and E-cadherin plays an important role.
