手指和手的弥漫性皮肤硬化、关节活动受限是系统性硬皮病的特征性症状。近年亦知糖尿病患者也有相同的变化,病因也相似。作者报告1例43岁男性患者,28岁时诊断为糖尿病,37岁眼底出血,40岁出现肾脏损害,42岁因肾功能不全始行血液透析。半年前出现两手明显僵硬、无雷诺氏现象。查见皮肤变化局限两手,手指均呈浮肿性硬化,不能伸直,不能紧密对掌。皮肤弥漫性硬化、肥厚、活动受限,未见皮肤色素异常和毛细血管扩张。初诊时高度怀疑系统性硬皮病,但发病后2年半中未发现可以诊
Diffuse sclerosis of the fingers and hands, restricted joint activity is a characteristic symptom of systemic scleroderma.
