在企业的发展中,企业的内部管理水平是企业发展的内因和核心竞争力。在讨论过程中,针对中小型石油工程安装企业,提出可操作性的建议,力争对实际工作有所帮助。从提高管理者的理论水平和管理能力入手,通过改进企业的组织结构,建立合理的成本目标体系,加强施工项目管理,从而达到提高企业效益的目的。
In the development of enterprises, the internal management of enterprises is the internal and core competitiveness of enterprise development. During the discussion, we put forward feasible suggestions for the installation of small and medium-sized petroleum engineering enterprises, and strive to be helpful for practical work. Starting from improving managers’ theoretical level and management ability, the Company aims to improve the efficiency of enterprises by improving the organizational structure of enterprises, establishing a reasonable cost target system and strengthening construction project management.
