国家技术监督局组织的审查组于1988年10月26～29日对华东工学院筹建的“国家民用爆破器材质量监督检验测试中心”进行了审查认可验收,审查组由机械电子部、化工部、中国统配煤矿总公司、长沙矿冶研究院、天津化工研究院、江苏天明化工厂、山东省标准计量局和江苏省标准局的工作人员和专家组成。审查组首先听取了检测中心主任周贤章同志关于该中心的机构设置、人员素质、质量保证体系、管理制度、仪器设备、实验室场地、检验报告等七个方面的筹建情况汇报。审查分两个组依照《国家级产品质量监督检验测试中心基本条件》和《国家产品质量监督检验测试中心审查
The review team organized by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision conducted a review and acceptance inspection on the “National Civil Explosives Quality Supervision and Testing Center” organized by East China Institute of Technology from October 26 to October 29, 1988, and the review team was approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, China National Coal Mine Corporation, Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Tianjin Chemical Industry Research Institute, Jiangsu Tianming Chemical Factory, Shandong Province Bureau of Standards and Metrology and Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Standards staff and experts.
