在城市建筑密集区内,深基坑开挖变形控制及对周边建筑的影响保护是城市地下空间开发过程中出现的典型技术难题。文章以南京江东路某段基坑工程为研究对象,基于MIDAS/GTS软件,采用三维数值模拟,建立考虑土体与结构相互作用的三维整体计算模型,并将计算值与监测值对比。结果表明,计算模型能够较好地预测基坑支撑轴力、围护桩变形及对周边建筑沉降的影响,支撑轴力和围护结构的侧向变形与周边建筑物沉降有较强的关联性。同时也论证了基坑设计和开挖方案的合理性及深基坑施工变形控制措施的有效性,为以后相关工程的设计与施工提供依据。
In urban construction-intensive areas, the deformation control of deep foundation pit excavation and its impact protection on the surrounding buildings are typical technical problems in the development of urban underground space. Based on the MIDAS / GTS software, a three-dimensional numerical simulation is used to establish a three-dimensional overall calculation model considering the interaction between soil and structure, and the calculated and monitored values are compared. The results show that the calculation model can predict well the axial force of supporting foundation, the deformation of the retaining pile and the settlement of the surrounding buildings. The lateral deformation of the supporting axial force and the retaining structure have a strong correlation with the settlement of surrounding buildings . At the same time, the rationality of the design and excavation scheme of foundation pit and the effectiveness of control measures for deformation of deep foundation pit construction are demonstrated, which will provide the basis for the design and construction of related projects in the future.
