采用紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱研究5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉(THPP)在超支化聚(酰胺-酯)(HBP)溶液中聚集行为的变化.结果表明:中性溶液中,随HBP浓度升高,卟啉Soret带最大吸收峰从434nm蓝移至425nm,且吸收峰强度逐渐增强,出现卟啉的精细结构,表明HBP有效破坏了THPP的J-型聚集体;酸性介质中,质子化H4THPP2+的Soret吸收带位于447nm,加入HBP后蓝移至424nm处,表明游离碱卟啉(H2THPP)的出现,说明THPP在HBP酸性介质中呈现平衡状态:H2THPPH4THPP2+;在碱性介质中,THPP上四个酚羟基变成氧负离子,亲水性增强,聚合物HBP的加入,吸收和荧光强度逐渐增强.
The aggregation behavior of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin (THPP) in hyperbranched poly (amide-ester) (HBP) solution was investigated by UV- : Neutral solution, with the increase of HBP concentration, the maximum absorption peak of porphyrin Soret shifts from 434nm to 425nm, and the intensity of the absorption peak gradually increases. The fine structure of porphyrin appears, indicating that HBP effectively destroys the J-type of THPP In the acidic medium, the Soret absorption band of protonated H4THPP2 + was located at 447nm, and the blue shifted to 424nm after addition of HBP, indicating the presence of free-base porphyrin (H2THPP), indicating that THPP is in an equilibrium state in HBP acidic medium: H2THPPH4THPP2 + In alkaline medium, the four phenolic hydroxyl groups on THPP become oxygen anions, and the hydrophilicity is enhanced. The addition of HBP increases the absorption and fluorescence intensity gradually.
